Our services are provided based on individual agreements with clients. We help connect companies with suitable capital partners through our AI-powered matching platform.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for our services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement between Moneyball and the client.
Communications and Consent
By completing any signup, onboarding form, or registration process on our website or through our services, you expressly consent to receive communications from Moneyball. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Marketing communications about our services and offerings
- Promotional materials and announcements
- Industry news and insights relevant to fundraising and investing
- Event invitations and networking opportunities

Generally, clients retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property, and Moneyball retains ownership of our proprietary methodologies, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property.

We respect the confidentiality of client information. Any confidential information shared with us during the course of our services will be protected and not disclosed to third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moneyball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services that gave rise to such liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moneyball and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
Term and Termination
The term of service engagement will be as specified in the client agreement. Either party may terminate the service relationship according to the terms outlined in the client agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moneyball is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
